Community Support Services aims to help our service users carry out personal and domestic tasks, social, educational and leisure activities. We provide practical, home-based care and support to people of all ages.
We are committed to identifying each service user’s individual needs through tailored care plans. Our new base, Aachen Hall, has a number of excellent facilities, including a fully-equipped sensory room, broadcasting studio, IT room, state-of-the-art gym and large activity hall.
We’re committed to protecting your rights and independence. We have a zero-tolerance, no discrimination policy and our staff are experienced with and considerate of cultural and religious requirements and differences.

Our services include:
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Assistance with medication
- Domestic tasks (light cleaning, ironing and laundry)
- Support to access leisure and educational facilities
- Support with daily living skills (payment of bills, shopping, medical appointments)
- Support to arrange and attend personal appointments (hairdressers, doctors and dentist)
- Transportation and escort support
- 24/7 service, including waking nights
- Last minute/emergency sessions
- Support is provided in sessions of at least one hour
